Job summary

GCash, the leading Philippines fintech, is seeking a Territory Development & Growth Strategy professional to expand the GCash footprint in your region. You will lead end-to-end growth initiatives, plan localized campaigns, and unlock local use cases to drive adoption.

You will collaborate with sales to build strategic partnerships with LGUs, cooperatives, and regional stakeholders, leveraging data to optimize resources and scale the local ecosystem for continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end growth strategies for your assigned region to expand the GCash footprint.
• Plan and deploy localized activations to accelerate use-case adoption.
• Identify and capitalize on high-potential industry segments and hyper-local opportunities for GCash integration.
• Leverage regional performance data to optimize resource allocation, refine go-to-market strategies, and scale the local ecosystem.
• Build and sustain relationships with LGUs, cooperatives, and regional stakeholders, in collaboration with the sales team.

Territory Development & Growth Strategy Drive Market Penetration:

• Lead and execute end-to-end growth strategies for your assigned region to expand the GCash footprint.
• Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Plan and deploy localized offline/online activations that accelerate use-case adoption for Industries, Distributive Trade, and Public Sector channels.
• Unlock Local Use Cases: Identify and capitalize on high-potential industry segments and hyper-local opportunities for GCash integration.
• Optimize & Innovate: Leverage regional performance data to optimize resource allocation, refine go-to-market strategies, and continuously scale the local ecosystem.
• Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and sustain strong relationships with Local Government Units (LGUs), cooperatives, and key regional stakeholders, working in lockstep with the sales team.
