Job Description
As a member of the onsite services team, you will provide technical support and operational excellence for IT services across Southeast Asia.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide overall leadership for IT onsite services and support all IT infrastructure setups, including networks, hosting, end-user computing, telephony, and video conferencing.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all ITS Onsite service-related items in the country and drive ITS global and regional initiatives locally.
- Support local business needs to ensure high-quality IT support.
- Coordinate effectively with service desks, regional and global IT teams, and in-country business partners.
- Maintain healthy working relationships with local business stakeholders and both local and global vendors.
- Represent SEA in regional planning and review sessions.
- Manage stakeholders within regional technology teams to drive continuous improvement and productivity benefits.
- Be accountable for delivering innovation by bringing the right resources together in the infrastructure team.
- Help the organization understand the volume and complexity of change and work with the regional team to ensure necessary change‑management actions are planned and executed for the country.
- Maintain governance and control over all infrastructure services affecting the business, including spend and budget within the SEA BU.
What You Will Bring
- Accountable for all aspects of onsite support management across a multi‑country geography, building strong partnerships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Understand the demand for IT services and develop capacity to ensure appropriate levels of service.
- Coordinate escalations and critical issues across the BU, leveraging OSS cluster managers.
- Manage the BU OSS budget, track costs, monitor against regional finance thresholds, and ensure cost‑ownership and policy adherence.
- Maintain a high standard of ITIL service‑management criteria across teams and vendors, enforcing best‑practice processes.
- Monitor and communicate client satisfaction, ensuring delivery of infrastructure service quality improvements and adherence to geographic KPIs/SLAs.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring ethical behaviour, service levels, and associated penalties.
- Lead MDS work on acquisitions and divestiture programs from an OSS perspective, coordinating due diligence and demand planning with project delivery leads.
- Understand and apply ethical and legal compliance responsibilities, maintain PO and GR compliance, and ensure honest financial reporting.
- Follow country legal requirements for IT services and implement a service improvement program as required.
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–10 years of ITS experience with a strong understanding of EUC environments, services, and technology.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and governance processes.
- Self‑starter capable of operating independently or remotely.
- Strong analytical skills and basic financial discipline.
- Ability to translate commercial needs into functional requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP and general financial and procurement processes.
- Service‑oriented personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English fluency required; other languages a plus.
