Qualifications

6+ years in consulting focusing on digital transformation.
Proven experience managing commercials and RFPs.
Strong understanding of marketing/sales/service strategies or e‑commerce.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage transformation consulting projects.
Develop strategies to enhance client engagement in marketing, sales or service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design digital solutions.
Own the preparation and submission of RFPs; ensure high-quality proposals.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
Analyze market trends and client requirements to identify opportunities.
