Job summary

Energy Development Corporation, a geothermal energy leader in the Philippines, invites applications for Manager-Construction on the Maha Binary Power Plant project. The successful candidate will supervise ongoing mechanical repairs, oversee required operational testing, and manage project closeout documentation and handover to EDC.

The role requires coordinating with FOM, ensuring safety in all repair works, and assisting in the timely closure of commercial matters for final handover in line

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with FOM and lead in the smooth Handover of the newly constructed Maha Binary Power Plant, overseeing the transfer of both the physical asset and documents including As-Built drawings and Construction documents.
• Manage and ensure that repair works and all other remaining works are executed Safely.
• Assist the Project Manager in the timely closeout of all commercial matters of the project and oversee the physical handover of the asset in accordance with the contract and Contractors' obligations delivered to EDC at handover.
