Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a seasoned Biddable Media professional to manage multichannel ecommerce campaigns across Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada and Shopee. You will optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights to clients.

The role includes leading a small team, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to drive campaign success.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in the biddable media domain.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, Shopee.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with internal and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multichannel ecommerce campaigns on Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada and Shopee.
• Optimize campaigns and provide recommendations aligned to client objectives.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights.
• Lead monthly connects and quarterly business reviews with clients.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage multichannel E-Commerce Platforms on Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, Shopee
• Knowledge on Amazon Editor is a must
• Knowledge on Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor is a must
• Hands-on experience with media planning, campaign setup and optimisation
• Quality check of reports and analysis followed by insight sharing on campaign performance and troubleshooting
• Work with internal teams to provide clients with Search recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives
• Traffic all creatives into platform and set up campaigns prior to launch date
• Maintain knowledge of media technology and analytical tools
• Navigate through variety of third-party systems to complete monthly billing documentation
• Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPIs
• Maintaining daily pacing reports, weekly and monthly performance reports & post-campaign analysis reports
• MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, PowerBI & Presentations
• Automation to save time and increase productivity
• Performance management
• Conducting monthly connects and supporting MBRs, QBRs & annual reviews
• Assist in preparing pitches for new clients

Qualifications

• Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field would be preferred)
• 4 to 6 Years of experience in Biddable media domain
• Strong knowledge in various E-Commerce Platforms on Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, Shopee
• 1+ year Team Management experience
