Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is hiring a Manager for our SAP VIM practice in the Philippines. You will lead a team of functional and technical consultants, drive delivery excellence, and partner with senior leaders to shape client outcomes.

You will mentor professionals, optimize resource utilization, and champion continuous improvement while delivering SAP S/4HANA and OpenText solutions across engagements. Strong leadership and SAP VIM expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• 7+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years in SAP VIM by OpenText.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes.
• Experience with OpenText solutions such as OCC, ICC, or IES.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Open to working shifts, predominantly US business hours, on a 5-day work onsite model.

What You Need To Succeed

• 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience.

• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes.
• Experience with OpenText solutions such as OCC, ICC, or IES.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling complex delivery issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or cloud-based OpenText solutions is a plus.
• Open to working any shifts, predominantly US business hours, on a 5-day work onsite model.
