Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Manager Business Finance to oversee financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis across departments. You will lead monthly close, MIS reporting, and ensure CER/ISO compliance while guiding a finance team.

The role requires 5-8 years in finance, a BS/MA in Finance, Accounting or Economics, and strong communication skills to drive cost optimization and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Account Reporting Package and share with Operations Leadership.
• Produce MIS reports and latest estimates with financial metrics.
• Maintain Cost Centers and create P&L accounts.
• Facilitate budgeting discussions and consolidate inputs for targets.
• Share financials with budget inputs and update analyses for Accounts/Departments.
• Act as auditee for QISMS/ISO audits and CER processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Business Finance & People Management
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

• Prepare Monthly Account Reporting Package and share with Operations Leadership
• MIS report
• Latest Estimates
• Financial Metrics
• Cost Center Maintenance & P&L account creation

BUDGETING

• Facilitate discussion with the departments and consolidate inputs for their calendar year targets
• Provide Financial Metrics analyses vs prior Outlook and share inputs for discretionary budget financial impact, if any
• Share financials with latest budget inputs and update various analyses for assigned Accounts / Departments

OTHERS

• Act as auditee for all QISMS, ISO & other audit regarding CER process
• Review & Update M&P for CER as needed
• Act as process owner for head office reporting requirements
• Continuously improve systems and procedures within the incumbent’s sphere of control in coordination with other departments. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Protects the organization’s assets thru upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System.
• Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organizations business functions.
