Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is hiring a Senior Manager Sourcing to lead recruitment across the organization from its Quezon City operations. You will shape sourcing strategy, oversee candidate selection, and drive manpower planning with a focus on quality hires.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment teams, coordinating with business units, and implementing robust assessment tools; you will also mentor teams and ensure compliant, timely hiring processes aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing recruitment functions.
• Ability to assess and validate promotion readiness via interviews and PA reviews.
• Experience in manpower forecasting and succession planning.
• Capable of establishing and improving security policy frameworks.
• Ability to report information security incidents promptly to the right authority.

Responsibilities

Education:

Any bachelor’s degree

Experience:

At least 7 years’ experience managing recruitment function

Mandatory Skills:

• Able to decide / determine if employee is qualified for promotion via assessment and validation (interview, review of PA, etc.)
• Able to anticipate vacancies, manpower projections and succession or replacement strategies through an efficient manpower planning system
• Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.
• Able to establish structure and procedures to protect classified information.
• Able to report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Sets strategies for meeting manpower requirements of the organization
• Works with the Business Development/ Account Management team/ Requisitioning Department in establishing the specific manpower requirements, rates and timelines of a specific business group.
• Source and implements appropriate assessment tools to ensure quality placement of talents / skills.
• Contacts colleges or other institutions to arrange campus or on-site interviews.
• Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Manages the First steps orientation for new hires
• Interfaces and negotiates with clients regarding job specifications / requirements in relations to their present and future plans
• Conducts in-depth behavioural interviews and comes up with a profile on the "fit” of the candidate to any position within the organization or for promotion
• Provides key strategic advice and / or participates in decisions regarding the recruitment, selection and placement of key management and technical people
• Headhunts and builds manpower pool of seasoned and experienced candidates for the position she is handling
• Designs recruitment, selection and placement systems (SOPPs) that support the organization’s business set-up
• Utilizes the following sourcing mechanisms:
