Job summary

Qualifications

• BE (Electronics & Communication) degree required.
• 5–7 years of work experience in telecom field.
• Experience with BSS, BTS, MW and Ericsson equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations & maintenance of transmission and BTS (LTE, WCDMA, GSM) equipment 24x7.
• Preventive maintenance of BSS Network Elements (BTS & Microwave).
• Maintain network uptime as per defined SLA.
• Rectification of alarms (BTS/MW) within defined SLA.
• Coordinate with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff.
• Manage cluster Inventory of BSS nodes.
• Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and KPI improvement.
• Integration, Commissioning and troubleshooting (BTS-RBS2000, RBS6000 and MW).
