Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in India is seeking a Manager – Network Operations to lead radio access network stability across 2G/3G/4G sites. You will ensure availability, coordinate with Infra providers, and drive uptime above 99.95% while managing outages and preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in telecom, a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in MW and RAN. This is an on-site role with a focus on safety and opex efficiency.

• 2-4 years of experience in telecom
• B.tech in Electronics & Communications required
• Experience with RAN/MW troubleshooting and network operations is preferred
