Job summary

Solovis is seeking a Senior Lead for Automation & Data Integration in Manila to drive team performance, build automation, and ensure high-quality data processing across asset classes.

You will own extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC, while partnering with Data Ops, Client Delivery, and Professional Services to onboard new funds and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to meet SLAs, quality targets and throughput goals.
• Experience with automation tools including Alteryx and Power Automate.
• Experience with data extraction, mapping, enrichment and QA/QC.
• Familiarity with data integrations via APIs.
• Strong KPI and SLA management experience.
• Knowledge of asset management or fund administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold team accountable to SLAs, quality targets, and throughput goals.
• Build/maintain automation (Alteryx, Power Automate, Python) to increase straight-through processing.
• Manage document retrieval, data feed integrations, API connections, and failure alerting.
• Own extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC across public, private, and operational asset classes.
• Track KPIs (SLA adherence, accuracy, uptime, automation coverage, cycle time).
• Recruit/cross-train team to build bench strength and reduce single points of failure.
• Partner cross-functionally with Data Ops, Data Processing, Client Delivery, and Professional Services (new fund/client onboarding).
• Drive process improvements to reduce recurring errors and rework.
