Job summary

CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice in Lucena is seeking a Service Crew member to join our growing team. You will welcome customers, take orders, process payments, and prepare beverages following standard recipes.

We require at least 6 months in F&B or customer service, a relevant diploma/NCII, strong communication, and willingness to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays. Training and career growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• A degree in Food & Beverage Services & Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, or NCII related to food and beverages.
• At least 6 months work experience in F&B, food prep and/or customer service.
• Willing to be trained and to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Committed to providing customer service excellence.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to be part of a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable on point of sales (POS) machine and cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items and answering their questions about our products.
• Accepting orders and payments from the customers.
• Prepare ordered beverages based on standard recipe and procedures
• Helps to maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Assist on inventories
• Strictly follow all food safety regulations and quality controls.
