Job summary

CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice in Consolacion, Cebu is seeking a friendly Barista to welcome customers, prepare drinks, and process orders. You will work as part of a high-energy team, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a vocational or degree in F&B/hospitality, strong English communication, and a willingness to learn new beverage recipes while handling POS and cash duties. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or degree in F&B services or hospitality.
• Experience in food & beverage or customer service is preferred.
• Willing to be trained and to continue learning about F&B preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Availability to work peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to be part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS machine and cash handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, taking orders, and processing payments.
