Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail, hotel, or QSR.
• Strong customer management and problem-solving abilities.
• Coaching, developing, and supervising teams; knowledge of store operations and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management and daily operations of the store.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate service and production crew to meet standards.
• Monitor customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and standards.
• Assist in monitoring sales, productivity, inventory, and store profitability.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct coaching and performance feedback for team members.
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and deployment based on store needs.
• Monitor use and cleanliness of restaurant equipment; maintain a safe, customer-friendly environment.
• Support in achieving sales targets, service goals, and store performance objectives.
