GameOne PH in Taguig is seeking a Management Trainee – Retail Operations, open to fresh graduates who want a career path toward Team Leader. You will rotate through sales, cashiering, inventory, customer service and store operations, gaining hands-on experience and leadership readiness.

Participants develop leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment, with an on-site schedule at Market! Market!, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all assigned training and store operations.
• Learn and perform different retail functions to gain a complete understanding of branch operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Support cashiering, inventory, documentation, and other operational activities.
• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Develop leadership and decision-making skills through hands-on experience.
• Assist in coaching and guiding team members as part of the leadership development process.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as skills and performance develop.
• Prepare for eventual promotion to a Team Leader position upon successful completion of the training program.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Retail Operations who is eager to build a career in retail management and develop the skills needed to become a Team Leader.

This program is open to fresh graduates and early-career candidates who have demonstrated leadership experience during their academic years, such as being a student leader, organization officer, team leader, or taking on leadership responsibilities in school projects and activities.

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo hands-on training across different areas of store operations, including Sales, Cashiering, Documentation, Inventory, Customer Service, and other retail functions. The goal is to develop your knowledge, leadership skills, and confidence until you are ready to take on a Team Leader role.
