About the role We are seeking ambitious and high-potential individuals for our Future Leaders Program, specifically looking for Management Trainees with an MBA or equivalent qualification. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, designed to accelerate your career development and prepare you for senior management responsibilities within our organisation. Key responsibilities
Rotate through various departments and business units to gain broad exposure to organisational operations and management practices
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives that provide hands-on experience in problem-solving and business development
Support senior management in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational improvements
Assist in the analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities relevant to the manpower services industry
Contribute to the recruitment, training, and management of talent across assigned accounts and business units
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to support business objectives
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management review and decision-making
Participate in professional development programmes, mentorship activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the Future Leaders Program cohort
Identify and propose process improvements and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
What we're looking for
MBA qualification or equivalent advanced business qualification (essential)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is advantageous
Knowledge of or experience within the human resources, recruitment, or manpower services industry is preferred
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering results
Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and learn from experienced mentors and senior leaders
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
