Job summary

The Standard Hospitality Group, a contemporary lifestyle brand, seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to join our Finance Department in Manila. You will focus on financial performance analysis, management reporting, and providing insights to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include cost margin, sales, and profit analysis; preparing management reports and forecasts; partnering with business units to deliver timely, accurate financial information; and supporting monthly closes

Qualifications

Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting.
Minimum of 4 years working experience in management and financial reporting, preferably in the Food, Retail, Hospitality, local FMCG industry.
Has a managerial background, handled a minimum of 3 employees.
Highly analytical and strong strategic influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Focuses on financial performance analysis and management reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Conduct cost margin, sales, and profit analysis.
Prepare management reports and financial forecasts.
Partner with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
