You will focus on financial performance analysis, management reporting, and partnering with business units to provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations to support strategic decisions and timely monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in management and financial reporting, preferably in Food, Retail, Hospitality, local FMCG industry.
• Has a managerial background, handled a minimum of 3 employees.
• Highly analytical with strong strategic influencing skills.
• Knowledgeable in SAP, Oracle, or other Accounting System.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost margin, sales, and profit analysis.
• Prepare management reports and financial forecasts.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
