Job summary

Merck Kgaa in the Philippines seeks a Management Accountant to support cost accounting and profitability analysis within a global Shared Service Center. You will help maintain cost accounting master data, provide timely overhead cost insights, and assist in period-end closing.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, experience in full-cycle cost accounting, SAP CO-OM and CO-PA, and fluent English. Willing to be based in Manila and to work night shifts to align with global schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, business-related degree strongly preferred.
• Initial experience in accounting/finance with full-cycle cost accounting and profitability analysis.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center; SAP CO-OM and CO-PA experience; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support cost accounting and profitability analysis for assigned entities.
• Assist in maintaining maintenance and posting processes for overhead cost accounting.
• Maintain cost accounting master data (cost centers, internal orders, projects).
• Handle MDG-F tool mailbox requests, including transfer price updates, reports, and troubleshooting.
• Assist period-end closing procedures and related reports per international standards.
