Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty is seeking a experienced Managed Services Managing Consultant to deliver and support DW/BI solutions for multiple clients on a homebased model. You will handle 2–4 client accounts, monitor data warehouses and BI solutions, and implement best practices across ETL, reporting, and cloud platforms.

The role requires strong SQL, BI tooling (Power BI/Tableau), cloud data platforms (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, dbt, Matillion), and excellent client

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, application managed services, and client-facing IT support.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL and BI tools such as Microsoft SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Experience developing and supporting reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, dbt, or Matillion.
• Strong SQL scripting skills; SQL performance tuning is an advantage.
• Understanding of dimensional modelling and third normal form (3NF).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
