Outsourced is a premier offshore staffing provider with hubs in the Philippines and abroad. We seek an experienced Managed Services Managing Consultant to deliver DW/BI solutions for multiple clients and to lead 2-4 accounts.

The role emphasizes SQL, ETL, BI reporting, and cloud data platforms, with strong client communication and problem-solving skills. Applicants should have excellent mentoring abilities, a track record in DW/BI, and experience guiding teams through data integration projects

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of IT operations, managed services and client-facing IT support.
• Hands-on with ETL and BI tools: SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with cloud data platforms: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, dbt, Matillion.

Responsibilities

• Provide managed services for 2-4 client accounts.
• Monitor DW/BI solutions and batch processes.
• Develop/ enhance DW/BI using industry best practices.
• Investigate issues, identify recurring problems, and propose improvements.
• Manage support requests, incidents, and escalations.
• Develop and maintain reports and monthly client updates.
• Lead client meetings and communicate recommendations.
• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing.
