Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide managed services for 2-4 client accounts.

• Manage support requests, incidents, and escalations.

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Managing Consultant to deliver and support data warehouse and business intelligence (DW/BI) solutions for multiple clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SQL, ETL, BI reporting, and cloud-based data platforms, along with excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and managed services for 2-4 client accounts.
• Monitor data warehouse, BI solutions, and batch processes.
• Develop and enhance DW/BI solutions using industry best practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, identify recurring problems, and recommend improvements.
• Manage support requests, incidents, and escalations within agreed procedures.
• Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and monthly client updates.
• Lead client support meetings and communicate technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with team leads and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, application managed services, and client-facing IT support.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL and BI tools such as Microsoft SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Experience developing and supporting reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, dbt, or Matillion.
• Strong SQL scripting skills; SQL performance tuning is an advantage.
• Understanding of dimensional modelling and third normal form (3NF).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS or Azure Data Engineering certification.
• Certification in a data visualization tool.
• Experience with Azure administration or Azure Functions.

Work Schedule: 5am - 2pm Manila Time (Mon-Fri)
