Job summary

WalterMart Community Mall seeks an experienced IT systems leader to design and implement mall-wide platforms including POS, tenant management, BMS, customer engagement, and security systems. The role focuses on integrating diverse systems to meet operational needs and ensure data security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems implementation.
• Experience in retail/mall/property management environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and integration protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mall-wide systems including POS, tenant management, building management systems (BMS), customer engagement platforms, and security systems.
• Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or replacements to meet operational needs.
• Lead system integration projects to ensure interoperability between various platforms.
• Manage system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with mall operations, leasing, finance, and marketing teams to align system functionalities with business processes.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports for management review.
