Job summary

RMRoque Group of Companies Inc is seeking a Mall Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of building systems within a mall, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other systems while controlling costs.

The role requires a degree in engineering (Electrical or Civil) with 1–2 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp. On-site position with opportunities for growth and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Civil)
• 1–2 years of experience in the same field
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection)
• Knowledgeable of safety standards and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Strong in report preparation, budget monitoring and cost control
• Organized, systematic and attentive to details
• Excellent work ethics and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems and facilities.
• Ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems operate efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for tenants and customers.
• Handle scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports and monitor budgets.
