Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building administration and mall operations is preferred.

• Ability to coordinate safety, security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mall Operations in daily building administration per company standards.
• Support tenant relations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth mall operations.
• Coordinate with TRMs, TROs on tenant needs, memos, reports, and events.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for housekeeping, safety, and permits.
• Engage in learning and development to support organizational growth.
