The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, licensure as an Architect, and 1–2 years in construction or project implementation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential to this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect status is required.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in construction, project implementation, or related engineering work.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project requirements, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project implementation and ensure works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and mall operations to ensure quality project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Assist in project close-out, punch listing, and completion documentation.
