Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Mall Admin Supervisor to ensure smooth, efficient mall operations and day-to-day activities. You will monitor facilities, implement safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate with departments while managing maintenance personnel to serve tenants and customers.

The role prefers candidates with 2+ years in operations management in mall settings, especially those with maintenance/janitorial experience, and a background in HRM or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS HRM or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations management; experience in F&B, hospitality, and retail is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting preferred; experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel is a plus.

TheMall Admin. Supervisormaintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall.This encompasses monitoring of facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing of day-to-day activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments, as well as manage the maintenance personnel, to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall.
