TTEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Santa Rosa, Laguna. You will help customers by answering inquiries, researching issues, and delivering friendly, effective resolutions.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, quick response times, and a customer-first approach within our award-winning work environment. Successful candidates will have a Senior High School diploma or some college, plus 6 months of customer service or BPO experience.
