Job summary

TTEC Santa Rosa, Laguna is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team. You’ll help customers with quick answers, product consultations with compassion, and resolutions that turn ordinary experiences into exceptional ones.

This role requires a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college, with 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for older curricula. You’ll work on-site at Santa Rosa, embracing our inclusive culture and benefits.
