The role requires field work, travel to various sites as needed, and a willingness to stay on site when required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Preferably with relevant construction/site operations experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and project coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Ensure work is performed according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and other project documentation.
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of site-related issues and concerns.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and site requirements.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned.
