Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a maintenance and repair technician to perform general and preventative maintenance at our Alabang, Muntinlupa site.

The role involves cleaning, carpentry, basic plumbing, and coordinating major work with contractors for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, can respond to emergency calls outside hours, and maintains a solid employment record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
• Basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and completes work in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows and exterior building, plumbing, lighting, and general facility grounds.
• Coordinate major work with contractors (air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting, plumbing).
• Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance inspections, including filter changes on HVAC units.
