Maintenance Technician – Painting & Welding Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman with strong experience in painting, welding, repairs, and general maintenance work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance and improvement tasks independently.

Key responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, coating, and touch-ups.

Carry out welding and metal fabrication works, including repairs, modifications, and installation of metal structures.

Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks such as repairs, installation, assembly, and minor construction work.

Repair and maintain doors, gates, railings, fixtures, furniture, and other facilities.

Conduct basic carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical repair work when required.

Inspect facilities, equipment, and structures and identify maintenance or repair requirements.

Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance equipment safely and properly.

Ensure completed work meets quality, safety, and company standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and good working condition.

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

About you

Previous experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, Painter, Welder, or similar role. At least 3 to 5 years of experience.

Proven skills in painting and welding.

Knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques.

Ability to operate common hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working at heights when required.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong awareness of workplace safety and proper use of PPE.

Vocational training in welding, painting, construction, or maintenance. NC2 holder.

Experience working with commercial, residential and industrial environment.
