Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a skilled Painter (All-Around) to perform painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks. The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a maintenance environment.

The candidate should have experience in painting and general maintenance, with hands-on skills in masonry, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. A Leadman/Foreman background is an advantage for progression.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational graduate.
• Proven experience in painting and general maintenance.
• Knowledge of painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and perform painting on walls, ceilings and structures.
• Carry out masonry tasks such as bricklaying, plastering, cement repairs and patching.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repair of outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Carry out plumbing repairs including leaks and fixtures replacement.
• Execute carpentry works such as wood repairs and cabinet installation.
• Inspect work areas for maintenance issues and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter (All-Around) who can perform painting works and assist in basic masonry, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of handling maintenance and repair projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, painting, and finishing works for walls, ceilings, and other structures.

• Conduct masonry works such as bricklaying, plastering, cement repairs, and patching.

• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, installation, and repair of outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.

• Carry out plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and pipe installations.

• Execute carpentry works such as wood repairs, cabinet installation, and minor construction projects.

• Inspect work areas and identify maintenance issues requiring repair.

• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned projects.

Qualifications
