Salary: 25k to 27k Basic / Total Compensation Package = Php 43,875

Location

Km. 25 National Road Barangay Guyong Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Description

1. Initiate Daily maintenance meeting to all maintenance staff including allocation of manpower and liable in machine operation
2. Supervising in maintenance work and report to the superior after the task is finish.
3. Responsible for mechanical and electrical trouble including machine rehabilitation.
4. Make a report after the assign task was done.
5. Oversee in powerplant operation during machine trouble and preventive maintenance.
6. Perform tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: 4-5 years of experience in construction or site management.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, troubleshooter and organizational skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

All Plant personnel is with additional Overtime: Overall duty is 12 hours. 8 hours basic + 4 hours OT / Monday to Saturday
