Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair building equipment under supervision within the Engineering and Technical Services team.

The role requires NC2 EIM or equivalent education and 1–2 years of Genset monitoring and facilities management experience, with strong MS Office skills and good organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• NC2 EIM or relevant educational background.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Genset monitoring and facilities management.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
