Odfjell Technology Ltd. in Makati is seeking an experienced CMMS/ERP Administrator to support maintenance systems across global operations. The role requires strong Maximo skills, CMMS/ERP knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with overseas partners.

You will manage database setups, security, and interface customizations while driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate has a engineering background with 5+ years in technical/maintenance roles within global oil & gas contexts,

Qualificações

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; professional license is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in technical/maintenance and operations in a Global Business Services setting for oil and gas is advantageous.
• Experience dealing with international or regional counterparts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while achieving results through teamwork and collaboration.
• Structured, accurate, and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to take initiative and exercise sound judgment within scope and guidelines.
• Quick to learn, adaptable, and able to suggest process improvements.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal and external overseas partners.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Business-minded with a results orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Solid understanding, administration, and navigation of CMMS/ERP systems.
• Experience in Maximo Administration is required.
• Ability to build and develop a functional hierarchy and plan maintenance tasks in CMMS.
• Knowledge of facilitation of Consequence Clarification and FMECA analysis.
• Knowledge of Barrier Management and Barrier testing regime.
• Familiarity with change management and operational processes.
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical and Electrical drawings, block diagrams and P&ID.
• Knowledge of maintenance program engineering and applicable standards.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in projects related to operational preparation or CMMS modifications.
• Manage and oversee CMMS/ERP implementation, database setup, security, maintenance and UI customization.
• Drive continuous improvements within CMMS workflows.
• Update functional hierarchies with analysis data.
• Monitor and follow up on technical deliveries.
• Assist CMMS/ERP System Administrator with end-user support in IFS.
• Coordinate with team lead, customers, and project manager to report status and deviations.
• Contribute to developing IFS Maintenance support model in Manila.
• Perform related tasks as required.

• With at least five (5) years technical/maintenance and operations experience in a Global Business Services setting catering oil and gas clientele is an advantage but not required.

• Has good understanding, administration, and navigation of Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP.
• Experience in Maximo Administration is required
• Proficient within building and developing functional hierarchy structure and different planned maintenance tasks in CMMS systems.
• Qualified for facilitation of Consequence Clarification and FMECA analysis.
• Knowledge of Barrier Management and Barrier testing regime
• Proven knowledge of change management and operational processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting Mechanical and Electrical Detailed Drawings, Block diagrams and P&ID
• Has a proven knowledge in maintenance program engineering and understanding relevant rules and regulation and applicable standards related to this work

Your Mission

• Participate in internal or external projects related to operational preparation or modifications of existing units regards to establishing or modifying the CMMS system.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing implementation, database set-up, security, maintenance and customization of user-interface.
• Execute continuous improvements initiatives and case handling within CMMS according to workflow.
• Allocate and update analysis and basic data to functional hierarchies according to workflow.
• Follow up technical deliveries.
• Assist CMMS / ERP System Administrator Maintenance with follow up and assistance of end users within IFS.
• Responsible in communicating and collaborating regular with Team lead, internal / external customer, and / or project manager to inform the report status and possible deviations.
• Contribute to further developing IFS Maintenance support model in Manila
• Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
