Job summary

Odfjell Technology seeks a professional to optimize maintenance through CMMS with 3+ years in technical/maintenance roles. You will support maintenance engineers in hierarchy setup, data allocation, and documentation extraction for CMMS systems. Strong reading of P&ID and drawings is preferred. Onsite work in Makati, Philippines is required.

This role emphasizes independent collaboration within a multicultural environment and aims to contribute to continuous improvement across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in technical/maintenance and operations in a global services setting.
• Experience with CMMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings, P&ID.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement continuous improvements within CMMS workflows.
• Assist Maintenance Engineers in establishing hierarchies and data for new equipment.
• Review documentation and extract relevant data for CMMS input.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Has a bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course
• With at least three (3) years of experience in technical/maintenance and operations in a Global Business Services catering oil and gas, clientele is an advantage but not required.
• Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in shared services environment is an advantage
• Can coordinate and communicate to internal and external overseas partners and counterparts
• Can work independently and able to collaborate with cross functional team
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions within scope, procedure and guidelines
• Structured, accurate, systematic and ability to deliver within deadlines
• Result and business-oriented mindset
• Motivated to facilitate and contribute to company’s growth
• Knowledgeable in Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP systems.
• Has knowledge and familiarity with building and developing hierarchy structure and different planned maintenance tasks in CMMS systems.
• Acquired knowledge in reading and interpretation of Mechanical and Electrical Detailed Drawings, Block diagrams and P&ID.
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati.

Your Mission
