Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasig is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor with 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. The role requires leadership to coordinate daily maintenance activities and ensure equipment reliability within a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of solid maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience. Encourages safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Daily Supervision: coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities of the production plant.
• Equipment Reliability: ensure maximum availability, safety, and proper operating conditions for all production equipment and facilities.
• Team Coordination: lead, schedule, and guide the maintenance crew to respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
