- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory and recommend procurement of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
