Responsibilities

• Handle routine cleaning and upkeep of the swimming pool and pool deck.
• Maintain plants and landscaped spaces to keep the resort grounds tidy.
• Keep common areas clean and manage proper waste disposal.
• Carry out basic upkeep of generator sets, water filtration equipment, and electrical facilities.
• Monitor the property during daytime hours and promptly report safety-related issues.
• Provide assistance to guests, including handling luggage and attending to general requests.

About the Role

What You Will Do

• Handle routine cleaning and upkeep of the swimming pool and pool deck.
• Maintain plants and landscaped spaces to keep the resort grounds tidy.
• Keep common areas clean and manage proper waste disposal.
• Carry out basic upkeep of generator sets, water filtration equipment, and electrical facilities.
• Keep an eye on the property during daytime hours and promptly report safety-related issues.
• Provide assistance to guests, including handling luggage and attending to general requests.

What We Are Looking For

• A high school graduate.
• Vocational training or a relevant TESDA certificate is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in landscaping, pool care, groundskeeping, facilities maintenance, or resort operations.
• Knowledge of landscaping and actual experience maintaining swimming pools are required.
• Physically capable of working outdoors and lifting luggage and maintenance equipment.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills in Filipino; basic level in English.
• Willing to reside in staff housing in Cabangan, Zambales.
