Job summary

Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Helper to support site operations in Batangas. The role focuses on keeping site areas clean and safe while assisting with basic survey tasks and utilities.

You will work with the site team to maintain gate, guard house, staff housing and site office, and help troubleshoot water and electrical lines. High school completion is required, with landscape/ construction experience a plus, and willingness to be assigned in Lipa

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least high school level/graduate.
• Knowledge and experience as landscape maintenance and in construction works is an advantage.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Lipa City, Batangas.

• Maintains the cleanliness of various areas in project site such as but not limited to gate and guard house, staff house, and site office.
• Help support troubleshoot of water and electrical line.
• Assist in survey works.
