Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Maintenance Staff to support our laboratory and facility areas. The role focuses on keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained, performing routine housekeeping, basic inspections, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems under supervision.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, and able to follow safety procedures, with 1–2 years in maintenance or related fields.

Qualifications

• At least a High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or facility support.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning cleaning, and general facility maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of laboratory and facility areas. Includes routine housekeeping and basic inspection and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other facility systems, as well as assisting with equipment servicing and waste management.
• The position also reports facility concerns and performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
