Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plant utilities, heavy equipment, and production support systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and monitoring.
• Leadership ability to supervise, develop, and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and oversees preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Assists in maintenance calendar, checklists, and planning activities.
• Manages inventory of tools, spare parts, and resources.
• Diagnoses and directs maintenance of major mechanical problems.
• Directs scheduled, repair, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinates with third-party suppliers and contractors for services.
