The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in plastic manufacturing, strong knowledge of plastic processing equipment, and hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, TPM, and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in plastic manufacturing or related Industries.
• Strong knowledge of plastic processing equipment (injection, blow molding, extrusion).
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems, QMS documentation, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize mechanical systems for plastic processing equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machine performance and reduce cycle times.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Lead TPM, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare maintenance logs and engineering documentation.
• Provide technical training and guidance to operators and technicians.
