Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems for production, utility, and support equipment at the Canlubang, Laguna site. You will drive preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, and data collection to support reliable operations.

Qualifications include a engineering degree (Industrial Technology preferred) and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with hands-on PM/Calibration and control systems experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Industrial Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in any manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Engineering Control Systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance work related to production and utility equipment, preferably in food or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Able to lift at least 20kg.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Gather equipment specifications (model, serial number, power rating) for PM programs and histories.
• Conduct regular preventive and predictive maintenance including condition monitoring.
• Prepare graphical presentations for benchmarking and analysis.
• Perform corrective maintenance and analyze equipment failures.
• Install mechanical equipment and execute load testing.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintenance program enhancements.
• Implement continuous improvement of production equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure operating systems are in optimal condition.
• Prioritize safety to prevent Lost Time Accidents.

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and conducting repairs and preventive maintenance activities. Provides mechanical technical services necessary for the installation of production, utility, and other support equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather equipment specifications such as model, serial number, power rating, etc., and compile all necessary data for preventive maintenance programs and equipment histories

• Conduct regular preventive and predictive maintenance, including condition monitoring

• Prepare graphical presentations for benchmarking and analysis

• Perform corrective maintenance and technical analysis of equipment failures

• Install mechanical equipment and execute load testing

• Ensure compliance with company rules, SOPs, and maintenance program enhancements

• Implement and provide suggestions for continuous improvement of equipment in the production line to achieve maximum efficiency

• Ensure all operating systems are in optimal operating condition

• Prioritize safety in their area, ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, products, equipment, tools, and other company properties to prevent Lost Time Accidents

About you

• Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Industrial Technology

• At least 1 year of experience in any manufacturing industry

• Experience in working with Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Engineering Control Systems

• Knowledgeable in maintenance work related to production and utility equipment, preferably in a food or semiconductor manufacturing company

• Able to lift at least 20kg of weight

• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna
