iSupport Worldwide in Metro Manila is seeking a Maintenance Data Administrator to manage equipment, assets, and parts within our CMMS/ERP systems. The role involves organizing assets and child assets, maintaining records, and processing purchase orders, with attention to accuracy and consistency.

You will collaborate with a U.S.-based client, ensure data integrity, and support ongoing system improvements. Strong Excel skills and experience in inventory/asset management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or Maintenance Management.
• Experience in parts management, inventory, asset management, or related role.
• Strong data-entry, Excel, and attention to detail.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update equipment, assets, and spare parts in the maintenance system.
• Add and organize assets and child assets with proper relationships to components.
• Keep records of spare parts, inventory levels, vendors, and related data.
• Receive and process purchase orders in the maintenance system.
• Adjust inventory quantities and records per operational needs.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and document equipment data.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency in the system.
• Assist in organizing and standardizing parts and asset information.
• Coordinate with the U.S.-based client on inventory, PO, assets, and system updates.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance data and processes.
• Perform other maintenance system and parts management duties.
