Qualifications

• 12+ years as a technical developer or related field.
• 6+ years in technical leadership roles on projects.
• Experience in project-based consulting environments.
• Deep knowledge of commerce ecosystem components and integrations.
• Expertise in scalability, security and performance.
• Strong database tuning and release management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead delivery of client projects.
• Own overall delivery with Client Partner and PM.
• Contribute to proposals and SOWs.
• Staff projects with appropriate resources and skills.
• Provide technical leadership for project teams.
• Mentor and train company technical staff.
• Set company-wide technical standards and participate in practice domains.
• Participate in sales as SME or SE when needed.
• Interact with client IT teams to coordinate deployment of Optaros solutions.
• Present technical solutions to business and IT teams.
