Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate machine shop equipment and fabricate tools, fixtures, and parts.

The role requires experience with CNC turning and milling, CAD/CAM programming, and strong technical abilities, with focus on safety and precision. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent, 2–5 years of experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two to five years of machining experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAM programming preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC Turn-Mill and CNC Milling machines.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, maintain and operate machine shop equipment to support machining requirements.
• Design tools and mechanical devices by observing, receiving and obtaining information from relevant sources, materials, tools and equipment.
• Perform test, evaluation and modification for improvement and quality of units.
• Collaborate with different teams to achieve objective.
• Other duties as assigned.

Machinist

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to set up and operate a variety of machine / tools to produce precision parts, jigs and fixtures. May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine / tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining safety rules and procedures.
