Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. is seeking entry-level maintenance technicians to perform routine and corrective maintenance on machinery. You will clean, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical and electronic components to ensure optimal production performance.
Ideal candidates are fresh graduates in Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or Engineering (ECE/Mechanical), with TESDA certification considered a plus. Training and safety emphasis are provided.
JOB DESCIPTION
Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose,
air guns, solvents, cloths, vacuum or other appliances.
Disassemble machines and take out parts for replacement or repair by using, hoists,
chain falls, hand tools and jacks
Examine or carry out tasks on broken machine parts and identify defective parts or
give recommendations to supervisors on repair requirements
Replace, fix or realign machine parts and accessories in line with production
specifications
Application of adhesives, lubricants or other materials to machines or their parts as
well as other equipment's in accordance with stated procedures
Put machine parts together after accomplishing maintenance and repair work
Take out hardened material from machines or machine parts by utilizing power and
hand tools jack and sledge hammer, abrasive and other appliances.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and
filter changes, to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic issues through observation and
testing, utilizing diagnostic equipment to pinpoint problems.
Repair or replace defective machine parts, using hand tools, machining tools, and
welding equipment to restore functionality.
Adjust machine settings and controls, calibrating them for optimal performance and
to meet specific production requirements.
Install new machinery, including assembling parts, connecting systems, and
ensuring proper integration into production lines.
Document maintenance and repair activities, keeping detailed records of work
performed, parts used, and time spent.
Train operators on proper machine use, emphasizing safety procedures and efficiency
operation techniques to prevent accidents and ensure productivity.
Participate in the design and modification of machinery, providing technical input to
improve machine efficiency and safety based on operational experience.
Repair and install PCBs/Motherboards, electronic devices, controls, PLCs, sensors,
variable drives
QUALIFICATION:
We are looking for fresh graduates of the following courses:
Industrial Technology
Mechatronics
Engineering (ECE, Mechanical)
TESDA-certified (Electrician, Electrical) is a plus!
