Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a M365 Security Consultant in Cagayan de Oro for hybrid-day shift work at SM CDO Downtown. You will configure and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune, WDAC, and Purview, while leading projects from planning to deployment.

Collaborate with senior consultants and customers to design secure environments, provide guidance, and document deliverables. You will engage with non-technical stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, stay current with Microsoft best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience configuring and managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 implementation or migration projects from end to end.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, WDAC, Purview, and other Microsoft technologies based on customer requirements.
• Manage Microsoft 365 projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and customers to design, configure, and deploy secure Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Produce accurate technical documentation, implementation guides, and project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer environments and recommend additional Microsoft 365 solutions where appropriate.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge by staying current with Microsoft technologies and best practices.
